  We are first time homebuyers in a crazy home buying world. We were nervous about the inspection but Greg showed up and knocked it out of the park. He was thorough, confident, educated, and precise. And he has a great personality, which was the icing on the cake. That same day he sent an incredible inspection report with pictures - a far fetch from some of the other inspection reports out there. I wouldn't recommend anyone else for the Green Bay area. Thanks, Greg!

  The employees were rude and "smart". A miscommunication caused a minor incident. When handling it the manager, Sam, made a sarcastic unfounded remark to a calm responsive customer. More training in customer service or new management is SEVERELY needed to rectify such poor service.

  We used Greg as first time home buyers for the home inspection. I picked Greg because of the great reviews he has received online. And he stands up to these amazing reviews. Greg was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. He was there to answer questions and explained the entire process with us. He was at the house for over 3 hours, which made us very comfortable in knowing he completely checked over the house. The inspection report was completed extremely fast and again, very thorough. We will definitely recommend Greg to our family members and friends. THANKS, GREG!

  Used Greg back in November of 2017 for home that we were purchasing. He was able to get out quickly and did an awesome job. He had recommended that we be there which was nice so he could show you exactly what was wrong upon finding and problems. We received a very detailed report the next day with pictures of his findings. I would highly recommend Greg for your home inspection! He was very thorough and not very expensive. You won't be disappointed.
